ABOUT ROB

Singer songwriter Rob Leon picked up his first guitar at the age of fifteen and immediately began penning lyrics to go with the chords he strummed. A product of the post-punk era, Rob was heavily influenced by such bands as The Cure, The Clash and Talking Heads.  His childhood and development as an artist is attributed to “eating records” by Pete Townshend, Neil Young, David Bowie and Lou Reed.

A successful business man during the day, Rob has never left his passion for playing guitar and storytelling through songwriting. Drawing inspiration from family and friends his debut album, Belong, is a mix of poignant and personal reflections on his life. Rob’s alternative rock is compelling and relatable.
